I just received this info from Susan Paul. Thanks for thinking of us, Susan!!
I am sending it on to our Sunday Running Group for their consideration.
For Michele: Could you also kindly send this to the Orlando Runners Club e-mail distribution list?
I would think this assessment could be of interest and value to many of us. The contact info is listed below.
Jack
PS: Luckily I have managed not to be disqualified on the basis of age. I eek through by a slim margin of 60 years.
Hey Jack-
Thought you might want to pass this info along to your runners. It's a UCF Study on runners that one of our MarathonFest runners is conducting. It's a great assessment, you learn great info by participating too. She needs lots more runners!
Thanks,
Susan

Assessments will be conducted on the following dates in the building behind the Track Shack:
Tuesdays 5-7pm; Saturdays 9a-12pm
If you are interested in participating in this study, please contact Dr. Carey E. Rothschild, PT, DPT at (407)823-1439 or by e-mail at carey.rothschild@ucf.edu
