Here's a fast update on this morning's run. Seventeen eager beaver runners turned out on a pleasant running day. I showed up unexpectedly, since my trip was moved back a day.
Good to see three faces we haven't seen in a while—Danny, Sultana and Lytle.
Good news from Marty, our old running buddy turned biker. Marty has been declared back in form and can now do whatever he wishes as far as training. A great step forward after his horrendous biking accident. We all wish you well, Marty. Maybe a little bit of running!!!!
