December 12 Run

We had a turnout of plus or minus 15 people today with a temperature in the lower 50's and a light breeze kicking up. It was a male-dominated group.

Some good news: I ran into Liz after my short run today and she is fixing to come back out next Sunday and ease into her old routine now that her broken wrist has healed.

Leslie came back off the injury bench today. Hope your sciatic behaved reasonably well.

Our two newest recruits, Dede and Alfred, both competed this morning in the Moss Park off-road race. Dede did the 10K and Alfred took on the distance dare which consisted of a 10K and 5K back to back. Congratulations to both of you, and thanks for reporting in, Dede! Hope to see both of you next week.
