May 19th Run
Fourteen of us got to enjoy this morning's festivities. Absentees missed an idyllic morning with sunshine and a 64 degree temperature (compared to 72 a year ago)
We officially welcome Kate to our group. Kate joined us this morning for her second run and she is all in. Barbara, Rose, Dylan and I joined Kate for portions of her three mile effort. Congrats to you Kate. You're doing beautifully!
Despite a hectic week of orchestrating a wedding for his younger daughter Allison yesterday, Chris was out, ten minutes early today. Ally was married in the Rollins Chapel in a beautiful ceremony and there was a wonderful reception afterwards. Chris is the only guy I know who looks no more than half his age!
Kim is already missing running partner Claudia, who last week shuffled off to her summer gig in
On the Bench
I heard from Ed yesterday. He had a very nasty fall while running several weeks back. He seems to have severely hurt an ankle and expects to be out of commission for a while. Hope you heal well, Ed!
Have a great week! Hope to see some of you at the twelfth
Jack
