Today's Run (St Patrick's Day)
Sunny in the low 50's and an exhilarating day to run. Ed showed up fro the first time in a while. So did Geralynn, who drove an hour and a half to be with us and made it on time (almost) She kindly ran with Bob and me for two miles before resuming her normal speed. This gave us enough time to catch up on her busy life. Great to see you Geralynn! Geralynn has been part of our group for close to 25 years now and looks the same today as she did the day I met her!
I believe he had a cast of 14 people today, not counting Lucy who has moved to the "uptown" group. I've seen Lucy out running the past two days.
