Upcoming End of the Year Run

Breaking News

Christine

I have just been released from an agreed –upon silence with Christine, of whom I am very proud.  SHE PLANS TO RUN THE DISNEY MARATHON AND

COMPLETED A 20 MILE RUN last Saturday!

Despite the challenges she has faced over the past few months, Christine has displayed an indomitable spirit and has been building stealth miles for many weeks.

I was sworn to secrecy until today and can now share her secret with the group.

Pleas join me in congratulating Christine for her wonderful can-do attitude!!

Gina

I had a nice e-mail from Gina before Christmas. While she is slammed with building her new consulting practice, she will try to join us next Sunday.  She is planning to run the Melbourne Music Marathon in early February and between now and then will be working on a FEMA project in the northeast in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.  Hope you can make it Gina!!

Omissions & Oversights

Missed reporting that Wendy completed the OUC Half on December 1 as a pace leader for Marathonfest.  Sorry, Wendy!

Also missed reporting that Kirsty is doing Goofy.  She did a warm-up by running the Mt. Dora Marathon recently.

Upcoming Races

Here is a revised schedule of remaining near term Marathon and Half-Marathon plans of the group:

News from Ocoee

Debbie and Helene are holding their training schedule and said they miss the Sunday group.  They plan to be back soon!

The return of Bob Raymond

If Bob's travel plans hold, he ought to be joining us next Sunday.

Seth also is running the full at Disney. He has perfect attendance having never missed the race in its 20 years of existence.
