For those of you planning to come out this Sunday, March 11, please remember to push your clocks forward.  Yes, that means one hour less sleep!  If you are like me, you most likely have occasionally forgotten the time change and showed up wondering what happened to everyone!

 

Excerpts from Kirsty's Half Marathon Last Sunday

..."I ran the Orange Blossom Half last Sunday morning in 2:19, a current PR for me. I drove out in the dark while the rain came pouring down.  Though the rain stopped by 7am, organizers delayed the race start to 7:50am.  The wind was very strong and cold but the 60 degree temperature helped many set PRs."
