February 16

We had a roster today of 14 cold weather runners out on a brisk sunny morning that got more pleasant by the mile.  As reported below we had five runners competing in two half marathons last weekend.  Two of them—Cheryl and Glenn—also showed up today.  All five turned in sub-2 hour performances.

Wow! Congratulations to the five of you. You registered some very impressive times!

Reports from the other side of the World

Cheryl: "I'm proud to report that the Urayasu Half Marathon went very well! Marcus ran 1:38 and I ran 1:58. Weather was absolutely ideal. More info to come; right now we are stuck in the Narita Japan airport after a 14-hour delay."

Billy:  "Perfect weather in Japan Billy 13.1 time 1:51 Tom Ward 1:28."

Report from this side of the World

Glenn completed the Melbourne half marathon with a very respectable 1:45.
