It was a cool, crisp fall day in Winter Park for this Sunday's morning run. Jack went cruising somewhere so it fell to me to write an account of the morning turnout. Let him believe it was a cool, crisp fall day.
It may not officially be fall but it is September and they're playing football already. And it was cool to be out running in the crispy hot air of Central Florida.
It was not easy for me to take attendance today. I left the house too late ... on foot ... to make it in time. I arrived a block too late, even though I saw Dave on his way there to start his comeback. I did do a count of 12 humans and one Pumpkin stepping off as I crossed New England on Park Avenue.
Jamie and Liz stayed back long enough for me to catch them. They reported that Jarred, like the Subway Jarred, showed up as a new runner with the group. No other details were reported. If you have a report, reply to all.
