Today's Run
We had a glorious day to run our various loops. We started with a calm 42 degree, bright sunny morning. Adding to the pleasant atmosphere we had four visitors and one new candidate. As if that weren't enough, we also got to welcome Brad back after a long absence due to injuries. He was very happy to be back in the saddle. Good to see you, Brad! Hope this is the start of a long string of injury free running.
All told we had 15 people, including our four visitors and another recruit (See below)
The visitors showed up as promised. Sue and Roxanne from Baltimore and Lori and husband Mark from Dover,
Debbie showed up today with another recruit. Her friend Sarah from
Some of us are questioning what has gotten into Dylan. He appears to have been fitted with a rocket the last two weeks! Are you willing to share your secret, Dylan?
Disney Update
Dave kindly corrected my mistake in reporting Leslie's Marathon time, as did Leslie. I had the right info, but transposed the "minute" amount. Apologies!! I blame that on my 77 year old fingers!
Liz 2 has reported in that she ran a 2:26 Half. Although a quite respectable time, Liz said it was not her best time. She has targeted the Disney Princess half as her next challenge.
Have a great week!

I got a late start and was not able to meet up with everyone. However, I would like Dylan to know that I found a $20 bill in the street during my run.
Will do, Jack!
Should be back next week to welcome our new teachers! Busy morning this AM with family Mass and seeing my daughter off as she returns to school in DC today.
See ya'll soon!
Chris, I am jealous. $20!!??
To Jack's analysis of my speed, I attribute it to Christine's companionship on December Sunday runs, two weeks of sleeping during the holidays, great weather andn finally, Tim Tebow.
I did 10 this morning at 9:40 pace. I can't wait to be the youngster in my new age group in 11 days.
