September 22 Run

Yesterday's Miracle Miles 15K

We had a good representation at yesterday's 15K.  Barbara, Rose, Cheryl, Kirsty, Lucy, Arwa, Mike, Ben and I participated.  Rose, Barbara and I placed in our age categories.   Thanks to Ben, several of us enjoyed the luxury of parking close to the race start at St. James School.

 

Today's Run

For the third time in several weeks, we had the good fortune of welcoming back one of our Sunday runners whom we haven't seen in years. Vilma rejoined us after moving to Canada, Boston and back here.  She also brought along two other potential recruits.  Welcome back, Vilma!  Vilma last ran with our Sunday fast runners and I would guess that she may soon be back with that group.
